Yes — they need a free Fileo account to sign in, but they don't need Pro. Invite them by email and once they sign up or sign in, the workspace will appear for them automatically at cloud.fileo.ca.
Yes. Any file uploaded to your cloud — by you or any member — counts against your 50 GB weekly quota. You're the owner, so you're responsible for the storage. Members don't pay anything extra.
Absolutely. Each workspace has its own file list, shared notes, and member list. Invite different people to each cloud — they'll only see the workspace you invited them to. Both clouds count toward your single 50 GB weekly quota.
Uploads are blocked until your quota refreshes. The window is a rolling 7 days — so as old uploads age out, space opens back up. You can also delete files in your cloud to reclaim storage immediately.
Yes. The Branding tab in your workspace lets you customize your brand profiles — name, logo, accent color, and backgrounds. These apply to your download links so recipients always see your identity when opening files you share.
